Part II shifts toward vegetables and meat — three vegetable courses, three meat courses, an amuse, and dessert. A slightly deeper, slower dinner built around smoke, richness, and summer. This dinner will have no seafood of any sort for those with known allergies. We want to feed everyone and this is our way of accommodating.
