This is for those whom were maybe out of town for Father’s Day, and want to treat them to a great dinner nonetheless.
We decided to go off script by recognizing a holiday for a dinner service to give back to the fathers. We would have done Mother’s Day, however our moms had their own plans for us, that didn’t include us cooking dinner for 20+ people. This one will be one of the best, we are sourcing our proteins for dry-aging and getting them hung up soon, more details soon. Most likely Wagyu.
