Part I leans toward the water and the garden; three vegetable courses, three fish courses, an amuse, and dessert. A lighter progression built around local summer ingredients and coastal/gulf seafood. Its is a perfect time of year where the farms are overrun with produce. This dinner can accommodate vegetarians and pescatarian by design.
